Some users of our domain '@postfinance.ch' are not receiving email notifications of Jira when people answer tickets or tagged comments.
We already have checked that our Exchange server don't block any email from Altassian.
Can you please check if emails of our domain @postfinance.ch are on a suppression list on your side?

@Philippe Tattini I did not see any clear users on your domain that were currently being suppressed, but I cleared any we might have for that domain just now. If you still have users that are not receiving notifications as expected, please let me know which users these are explicitly.
