Are TMForum Framework guidelines compatible with Jira SD?

Hi,

Does anyone know if you can implement processes in JSD according to TMForum Application Framework? Has anyone done that? I don't have access to the framework right now (we are in a process of registering) and I need a quick info if that framework is something pretty standard, or something extraordinary that could be a problem while implementing in JSD.

Yes, you can.  But that is a generalisation - you're going to need to read the framework and look at Service Desk functions in detail to see if there's a close match.
