I am trying to setup an email approval (with 2 buttons) to change the status of the issues. Although I have found a lot of questions and answers related to this, they are all based on Service Management project type. My project is Software Development and I cannot find the same features and screens usually described.
Is it possible to do it in a Software Development project? If yes, is there any link with instructions?

Have not seen this in Jira Software. The functionality is part of JSM as part of the notifications.
