I'm not a developer just using the service desk management sections so I don't even know what App it is referring to! Any ideas?
Hi,
It looks like a problem with cloud app. Contact the administrator who can check what apps are installed on the instance. I guess it can be an app responsible for displaying announcements on the portal. Administrator will be able to contact vendor and raise a support ticket.
