We recently migrated to Jira Service Desk with about 25 agents. Was looking through the KB on notifications and did not find any references to send a notification to agents via SMS. (Just plain SMS with maybe an embedded link to the service request. Has anyone developed an add-on or script to msg agents a notification when a request is entered instead of only notifying agents via email?

There are multiple apps in the marketplace that can send sms messages on issue creation:

thats the only example that I know and it uses Twilio and to a call with issue details:
