I can't find the supported browsers for Jira Service Management (Cloud). I am assuming it is the same as Confluence (which I managed to find https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/supported-browsers-744721663.html). Seems to be that only the latest release of 'evergreen' browsers are supported. This is fine for internal staff that we have control over but is becoming a huge problem when supporting our clients. Is there any way to relax this requirement.
The reference you listed is accurate to the best of my knowledge for all cloud products.
Thanks Jack, at least that gives me something I can pass on to customers when they report issues accessing Jira. I wonder if missing a single patch is triggering the "Browser not supported by Jira message".

Absolutely. When you for example use IE11 to go to the Cloud instance you'll get a message and a redirect link to the currently supported browsers.
