We have increasing interest in Service Desk for HR functions - more than one of these would benefit from anonymous suggestion flows but I'm not sure this is possible - has anyone designed / developed / used a creative solution to this problem?
- Internal Service Desk, all users are logged in
- Specific request type(s)
- No record of a named user must exist on the audit trail (we can add a generic user)
I could CHANGE the user with Automation, but that still leaves an audit trail.
Any thoughts welcome, thanks!
