Al abrir un Tiquet o sub-tarea los usuarios copian el cuerpo de sus correos, pero las imagenes JPG tipicas del logo de empresa en las firmas, se ubican en adjuntos.

 

Por favor, se puede deshacer este automatismo?

 

Perdonar la consulta, pero soy muy nuevo en la herramienta y solo tengo conocimientos de uso y muy limitado.
