Hi how can I set an after-hours automatic email or comment response for new issues that get in after working hours if my work time is:
Sunday - Thursday 09:00 - 21:00?
Thank you for the help
Hi @Tim Shirazi ,
I would recommend using automation, smart values to inspect the creation day and time. Here is some documentation that should assist with this. I would need to play with creating a rule for this but I'm thinking that you would create a variable to record the "non-working hours" and compare to the created day/time.

if I get time today, I may give this a try and share my findings.
HI @Jack Brickey !
Thank you for the reply.
I was trying to set a different calamander that contain the non working hours as SLA and still its not working.
I also tried the function "withinCalendarHours())" in JQL condition "IF"
It will be super helpful if you got time for it !
Thank again
