Adding hardcoded paragraph and customfield at email template JIRA DATA CENTER

I am Vincent, my concern is to configure jira email template. I have already download the email template. I configure the html template "issuecreated.vm". But it doesnt included in my email when sent. I also added the velocity context for the customfield_10123 which will be included at the email template. From my tests, the customfield only shown when the customfield is filled. Also I added hardcoded paragraph at the template "issuecreated.vm" but the paragraph doesn't show up. It would be a pleasure to understand how to configure email templates.

Anyway, It was a good apps that allows you to create custom template for email. But turns out it don't really help me to customize the email template manually which my first concern. Thanks for the suggestion Mr Igor.
