Adding approve / decline button in Classic Service Desk Project notifications

I wanted to add the approve / decline buttons in Classic Service Desk Project notifications. This option doesnt seem to be available by default, is there any other mechanism to achieve it?

We have support for Approve/Decline buttons in email in our add-on Raley Emails Notifications

Are you just trying to configure your workflow for Approvals - set-up-approvals 
or are you asking to have an approval button in the email w/o having to go to Portal?

It seems to be the notification mail. I also cannot add a approval/decline button to the approval notification e-mail

unless it has changed, and cloud does change frequently, approval button w/in the notification is not supported. It is supported in Server.
