I am looking to create a custom field.
When an agents wants to create a ticket, I want him to pick an organisation and a customer.
Is it possible to create a dropdownlist with all the added organisations and automaticly show all it's customers (and pick one)? If yes, How can I create this?

The field Organization shows on the issue create screen on the customer portal when a customer that is a member of the organization is creating a ticket. For agents, this field can only be accessed after the ticket is created.
Even adding the field to the create issue screen, it won't be visible. There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
With this said, it's not possible to show the field and the members of the organization.
The "Raise this request on behalf of" (Reporter) can't be limited when searching for customers.
