What format or file do I use to upload an application (specifically the Service Manager) to an existing jira instance?
@Pam Johnson You can download the installer here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/download-archives You will select your operating system and it will provide the proper file format. You will need to also make sure that the version you download is compatible with your core/software version. If you are using server and do not have a license you will have to move to a data center instance since server licenses are no longer sold.
