Add a new button to customer portal to bulk approve?

I want to a new button in customer portal view. 

Some of our workflows include manager approval. So that managers can see all the issues that assigned to them which are waiting for approval.

Manager can approve requests one by one however there is no option to bulk approve. 

I wan to to have bulk approve.
Is there any easy way to have this option. If not I might consider writing a plugin for that but I am not on expert on that can you give me any suggestion?
