Add Message field global to all the create issue screens in jira projects

Hi Team,

We are in a need to display a acknowledgement message to all the project teams in jira during the issue creation where they will be getting the message displayed at the time they create any issues.

We have implemented the message field in the create issue screen for one project. But we want the message field to be displayed for all the projects across our Jira instance. we have nearly 3000 plus projects in our instance and it is not possible to add the message field in each project screens they are using.

 

We need your assistance here.

You will need to add it to every create screen, there is no alternative.

I would use one of the scripting add-ons to do it, but you could also script it with REST, as there is an interface for adding fields to screens.
