Add JSD support portal to website?

We recently started using Jira Service Desk (Cloud) for our support tickets, and it's going pretty well. However, I'd like to have customers utilize the support portal/self-service features that come with JSD, rather than relying on our current WordPress pages that need to be updated manually (and require separate WP access to do so). So far, the only solution I can come up with would be a redirect, which is... less than ideal. Not to mention, the support portal doesn't seem to allow a lot of customization/branding without more add-ons, and we can't set a custom URL with the Cloud version so that's also out.

Any suggestions?

In JSD, under Project Settings > Channels > You can use a channel called a Widget, not sure if this will be exactly what you are looking for, but you may be able to use it to embed the portal forms into another site.
