How can we view reports per agent to see how much time agent spent, on what ticket during a day?
I know that you have different addons, but after contacting 2 top addon's vendors, both said there's no integration to Jira's workflow, so agent need to do workflow (In Progress, Waiting for Customer, Resolved, etc.) and separately be adding work time per ticket manually into their addons. But we just need to generate reports/calendars based on the Jira's worflow.
