Accessibility feedback.

Hi.

I would like to give accessibility feedback to Jira service desk. According to this page, to give accessibility feedback I should raise a support ticket. However, it doesn't give me the option to do that. When I select jira service desk, then technical problem or bug, it redirected me here. So, I'll just give my feedback here. I hope the developers can see this. Note, I am using NVDA version 2020.3. and I'm on windows 10 using chrome version 86.0.4240.111.

1. When adding the custom fields in Jira service desk the options are not seen by NVDA.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to settings > issues > custom fields.

2. Press enter on the create custom field button.

Expected behaviour.

NVDA should focus on the options.

Actual behaviour.

NVDA doesn't focus on the options, instead focusing on the search field.

2. When resolving a request, NVDA doesn't read out the resolution dropdown  menu properly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to your jira service desk project.

2. Open a request.

3. Change the status to resolved.

4. Go to the resolution dropdown.

5. Press space.

Expected behaviour.

NVDA should read the list that you can select from in the dropdown menu.

Actual behaviour.

NVDA doesn't read out the options you can select from in the dropdown menu.

I really hope that these accessibility  issues can be fixed in the app.

There should be a means to better track accessibility issues like this.
