Does anyone know a prep test that better prepares you for the ACA 900 Jira Exam than what is on Atlassian. The prep test here is vastly different that the exam
Hi Tammy,
you'll pass the exam eventually, don't worry. I won't take any of the ACA exam series since I have a few ACPs already but I might be able to give you some advice on how to approach Atlassian exams.
I suspect that you haven't spent enough time experiencing with the tool itself yet. Atlassian exams rely heavily on understanding so that doing prep tests alone are not enough.
If you remember some of the exam questions, please write them down on a piece of paper for yourself and look for the answer on your Jira instance. The more you'll do this, the more use cases you'll have in mind, which will in return help you to remember concepts better, especially with the "Working With Issues" part.
Best of luck!
Thank you, I have used Jira at work for three months. I know all about scrum. Attending daily stand-up for multiple teams, Sprint planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospective. Hence, another layer to my confusion. I know basic concepts, on my very first exam I scored 100% so when I tested 2 days later and received a 57 in Basic Concepts (that just isn't possible). I honestly think there is an issue with Psi proctored exams. I have to be certified by the 26th so time to pass isn't on my side.

Hi Tammy,
three months is a very short period of time, you are very ambitious. The discrepancies you're describing in scores are totally possible as the total number of questions and the number of questions per topic are not always the same. Have you tried opening an Atlassian support ticket explaining your concerns in a factual manner?
They usually answer within 24 hours and are really helpful.
Best of luck!
