The executive team is requesting to have a board that shows the current tasks that are being worked on by our legal team. Does JIRA have something for the client role to who are in a group (executive) to see what tickets are being worked on?
Ideally, it would be a board that shows the tasks in order like a queue line. The team would have the ability to arrange the tasks to show which items is their priority.
You could make a KB article that pulls from your project that shows what issues are being worked on. It wouldn't be editable, but it would be one way to present the information.
When your in Confluence, create your article, and click on the + at the top, then select "Jira". Then you can add a JQL query or chart.
You can also insert a Board by using the Jira Roadmap selection. Then you can pick a project & board. I haven't used this option, but it's something you can try. You can also make this KB page visible to a certain user group or certain users.
