2 jira service desk instances integration

Good afternoon,

I would like to integrate my jira service desk with my supplier's jira service desk instance. We want a unique opening path for our client, and from the identification of the supplier's need, we would send the issue to him inside the same jira.

Since the supplier's service desk is also Jira, we believe there have some way to do this.

Do you know if this is possible? Do you know any documentation about it?

To ensure this answer can help more customers in the community, I'll provide the same translated answer on this post:

In fact, you can connect two instances of the Jira Service desk to create links and mention issues from one instance to another. To do this, you can set up an application link between your instances and add the appropriate permissions, according to the instructions below:

Using AppLinks to link to other applications 

However, to clone a ticket from one instance to another in a practical and direct way inside Jira, you will need a third-party app, such as Exalate. These applications allow a flexible synchronization mechanism, so that issues are automatically synchronized wherever they are hosted.

Is there a way to integrate two Jira instances? 

To add on what @Petter Gonçalves said if you want to go the automatically synchronized way, I recommend to search for "issue sync" in the Atlassian Marketplace.

Then you should be able to find all the apps fulfilling that use case and you can choose yourself which one meets your needs the best.
