We’re interested in learning more about your ITSM practices - what’s the current state of your ITSM practices? What are your aspirations for your IT team in the future? Which ITSM trends are you most interested in?

Things I hate about JIRA Service Desk server....

1. No Customer friendly URL's

2. Different URL's for customers and Agents(1 and 2 related? maybe not)

3. No anonymous access

4. No widget access
