When a business grows rapidly sometimes simple things like contracts management become real pain. You can forget about notice period, or miss renewal date and then you face consequences.

I'd like to let you know that we are in the final stages of completing our Contract Management Framework (just finalising Folder API). This framework incorporates a range of tools, such as Odoo for ERP and CRM, BambooHR for HRM, Zygos for legal practice software, and Asset Management app (formerly Insight for Jira) with Jira Service Management. The primary objective of this framework is to simplify the contract management lifecycle, with features like easy contract requests, a streamlined approval process, timely renewals with customized notification modules, and comprehensive auditing and reporting that includes data from our ERP and HR systems.
