New reporting capabilities for Assets in Jira Service Management - early access

Thank you so much I received an email this morning an confirmed that I know have access to the reporting the only concern is that I see two of the three assets schema but not the one that contains all my information specifically from my Intune environment.

We have just got access to Reports feature in Assets in our Cloud instance.

As some have mentioned earlier in this comments thread, and you have acknowledged, the feature is currently restrictive in that its only available to Jira or Site Admins.

Do you and team currently have an ETA on this, to allow it to be opened up to more users?

We were excited to see the feature was available today, but quickly realised it was only visible for a few of us who have the required Admin privileges. Meaning that our ITSM team members who would get the most out of this feature currently cannot use it.

But otherwise glad it has arrived! Cheers

Love that we have the reporting but are their any plans to allow Administrator to create their own filters - also is there a way to export the results?

Is there any timeline for when this feature for reporting will be available in production jira for all? There is currently no way to report on Assets in native Jira Cloud and it makes it quite difficult to utilize the full capability of the asset management feature. Thanks,

We had to stop the rollout to more EAP customers as we had got 590+ signups vs the expected 200.

The Asset Reporting functionality is now generally available to all our customers. Please check this post for more details. The rollout is in process and you should notice it in your instance soon. Hence, the EAP is now closed.
