Thanks for posting this ☝️ @Peter Reiser -- You can only set one language setting per form, but there is an imperfect workaround:
Create multiple versions of your form (for example, one in German and one in French)
Create a choice question at the top of your form with the target languages. Then create conditional sections which include all of the form questions in each of the language options
This doesn't solve for error and validation messages, though. Currently only one language can be set per form.

@Dirk Ronsmans 👋 -- what I meant to say is that you can use conditional logic in your forms to let a user to pick the language they want to use for the form. As the form builder, you would have to build the form once for each language. In @Peter Reiser 's example you would build a German language form and a French language form, each in their own section.
The first question of your form would be "Choose your language" with a dropdown to select German or French. Based on the user's choice, either the German or the French language form would display.
@Peter Reiser 👋 -- I need to explore this in more detail with the product team to come up with a best practice for your use case. I see how important this is, especially when you work across countries and languages so much. I created a dedicated post in the Forms Group to continue this conversation:

@Kate Doebler -- I'm not aware of a public ticket tracking the integration of ProForma with Jira Software. I'll share news on that in the Forms Group when I can.

Having ProForma Lite installed on prod will keep that instance from getting the integrated form builder for now. We're getting close to migrating instances like this over to the new form builder and we'll share dates soon.
Don't uninstall the ProForma Lite app if you're actively using it.
it is in your roadmap a feature to have a list of enabled forms with the related links in order to avoid to enter in the forms section, choose the desired form, go in the settings of this form and copy the link to share?

Hi @Wellington Lee 👋 -- Data Center customers can use the ProForma Marketplace app. It is still a paid product, but if you need to run a proof of concept or only need a few forms you can also use ProForma Lite for free.
I don't have any news to share on Data Center integration similar to Cloud.

@Stefano Galati are you referring to Issue Forms that link directly to a form? At the moment, there is not a simpler way of finding Issue Form links than going to each form's setting page. However, we are working on an update to issue forms that will allow you to find your forms through a picker.

Hi @Mark Thomas the ProForma Marketplace app for Data Center is available. There isn't any ProForma-to-Data Center integration news to share right now.
I'm reading the migration guide and thought i would seek some clarification. The new native form builder is that the existing drag and drop request/issue screen or something new. If its new would we be able to preview that before it goes live? We have a few forms out there and would like to know that they will transition without loss of function.

If you were a ProForma customer, your form will be migrated without loss of function or data. If you haven't had ProForma installed, this will be a new feature set that will not affect your current request screen configurations.
Hi! Any update about the availability of the form builder in Jira Software? I used to be a user of Proforma Forms, and loved it so much. I miss it ;-).

I can't share any updates on the form builder coming to Jira Software. If you have an instance of Jira Software that has ProForma installed, your instance will be migrated to the new form builder. For Software instances without ProForma currently installed, I'm not sure when forms are coming.
There are some improvements in the new form builder, so if your form builder looks like it always did with ProForma you haven't been migrated yet. We're going to start migrating all remaining ProForma customers late May/early June. We're preparing an update now to share more details on the migration. I'll post that news in the Forms Group.
