Introducing Microsoft Teams Tab for Halp

Hey Community,

We are excited to announce that we’ve added a better way for Microsoft Teams users to visualize and access your current Halp tickets.

Introducing the Halp Tab for Microsoft Teams!

Microsoft Teams Tab Apps enable users to get quick access to the tools they love inside of Teams.

The new Halp Tab allows Agents and Admins to view the first 100 tickets for any queue they have access to. They can also filter, sort, and drill down into tickets from this view.

How do you to get access?

To view the Halp Tab, simply click on the Halp app in your left-most nav bar. (Don’t have Halp for Teams? Sign up today for a free trial)

Note, only your "pinned" apps will automatically appear in the left sidebar. If you're not seeing the Halp app there, try clicking on the three dots at the bottom of the list. That will open a window where you can search for Halp.
