We’re excited to announce two new Atlassian Intelligence features for Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise customers, AI request type suggestions and AI field suggestions!
AI Request Type SuggestionsRequest types define and categorize incoming requests, enabling you to gather necessary information from your customers or employees. However, determining which request types to create for the individuals you support can be a time-consuming process. This is where Atlassian Intelligence can help!
When Atlassian Intelligence is active for Jira Service Management Premium or Enterprise, you can now navigate to your Request types via Project settings, select Create request type > Create using AI, and Atlassian Intelligence will suggest request types based on how you describe the type of work your team manages. From IT and HR to dog grooming and catering, Atlassian Intelligence can suggest request types across a range of use cases and add them to your service desk with just a few clicks. AI Field SuggestionsOnce a request type has been created, either by using Atlassian Intelligence or manually, you can then utilize Atlassian Intelligence to suggest relevant fields for collecting the necessary information from your customers or employees.
To suggest fields, navigate to your Request types via Project settings, select the appropriate request type, and then choose Suggest fields to get started. Atlassian Intelligence's suggestions include a selection of existing fields you can add immediately, as well as recommendations for custom fields that you can opt to create as new fields in your instance. Note: AI request type and field suggestions are currently only available for company-managed projects. Additionally, AI field suggestions can only be accessed by Jira site admins.
