How about bulk deleting customers?  Is there any way to do this?  Is there a way to just delete them all and start from scratch?

Why was WF-transition "resolve issue" left out? This is a pretty obvious use case...you get multiple issues when an incident occurs ans d want to resolve them all at once when it's fixed.
