I am trying to create a new ticket in a software project and make this visible in our customer portal.
I have created a software project and created an issue in this project.
I know want to make this visible in our customer portal along side all our other tickets, I have not done this before please can I have a step by step
Hello @Kerry Hooper only tickets from service desk are visible in the Jira portal. You should consider either creating the ticket in service desk directly or have a clone of the original and try to keep them in sync with automation
