The field "Organizations" is blocked, therefore it cannot be set as mandatory field
Our Use Case is to include all customers in one organization.
does anyone know how to customize there?
Hello @Bjoern_Vanlaer I would suggest setting a condition or validator as part of the first transition in your workflow in which you would ensure that the agents fill out that field. Optionally you could have a queue for tickets without organization so it would be easy to see when a ticket still has that information missing
