manage engine service desk migration

I am interested in moving from my current incident management tool (ServiceDesk by ManageEngine) to your platform.  Do you offer any type of migration tools to import previous incidents for historical purposes?

Hello,
If you have the ability to export these incidents to .CSV, you can do it and import to JIRA as the following: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Importing+Data+from+CSV

 

Hello @Paulo Hennig:  ¿is there a way to integrate it directly with the cloud?
