We need to include all approvers in a report for audit how do I include all of them?

I see "Approver" in the list of fields but it doesn't show the person marked as approving our request.  We have a group, any one of which can approve, the UI shows who approved, but the name doesn't appear in the export of all fields nor does it appear in a dashboard/filter result when I use the field approver.

Help needed to meet this audit requirement for exporting approved service requests.

Do you know if the people in the group of approvers have been pre-set, hence customer are unable to select an approver?

We use a custom field to identify the allowable approvers and the workflow requires one to approve.  The approver column is blank.

to be clear, the field I am pulling into my dashboard is "Approvers", we upgraded but the field is always blank.  Is there a way we can include the name of the approver in a dashboard view or in a queue for service requests that have been approved?
