I see "Approver" in the list of fields but it doesn't show the person marked as approving our request. We have a group, any one of which can approve, the UI shows who approved, but the name doesn't appear in the export of all fields nor does it appear in a dashboard/filter result when I use the field approver.
Help needed to meet this audit requirement for exporting approved service requests.

Do you know if the people in the group of approvers have been pre-set, hence customer are unable to select an approver?

We use a custom field to identify the allowable approvers and the workflow requires one to approve. The approver column is blank.
