One of our JIRA admins signed up for a JIRA Sevice Desk trial and was able to create a project and add me to the trial. However, after I was added we are no longer able to access the JIRA Service page. Can you give us access back to the trial?

Can you ask your coworker to enter their my.atlassian.com account to check and see if the trial expired? They should be able to extend the trial for 30 days for cloud instances.
