Show customer the assignee

Our company wants to build a small Service Desk for an external customer. The reporter should be able to see to which of our agents his ticket is assigned to.

Is there a way to archive that?

This plugin can help you for achieving that.

Create custom field, copy value of assignee field to that custom field & display that field to customer portal view.

For others looking for this functionality, intenso has updated that extension to make this easier.  In Project Settings under Extension, just click General and then toggle the Show Assignee option.
