We are using JIRA Servicedesk in the cloud and an Confluence server on our local netwerk. Since the first week of this month the knowlegde base link between thee two servers isn't working anymore and shows "Service not found in the knowledge base server" in JIRA Servicedesk and JIRA Servicedesk portal.
We ran through the checklist at https://confluence.atlassian.com/applinks/troubleshoot-application-links-755338283.html, but found no solution. (checked the server times, recreated the application links, checked the logs etc )
We've updated our Confluence server from 6.0.6 to 6.2.4 a month ago. No other changes have been made.
Has somebody the same problem ? And even beter , maybe a solution ?
I see you are a participant on a ticket currently being worked on by our Support team. Once the issue is resolved kindly share the fix so the community can benefit if there is indeed something that can be done on the user's end.
