I use Jira Service Desk on premise version.
I need the client (not the agent) to be able to view the issues (in all queues). Как это сделать? I gave the permissions to "Browse Projects" but it didn't help.
Hi @Abracadabra - Queues are JSD native offerings that are undoubtedly scoped for exercise only by licensed JSD agents. One option is to duplicate the queue filters and build matching JQL filters so non-agents (with the appropriate project permissions) will be able to view the issues through filter subscriptions or dashboard gadgets.
