Permission to add Customers

hkenny May 31, 2019

Is there a way to restrict which Service Desk Team members can add Customers? From what I've researched, I don't think so, but that's what I'm after.

Hello @hkenny

You need Service Desk agent license and permission.

Hi @Olga Videc

I know, but I want to allow some agents to add customers and others not to.

It's a Service desk agent role. So someone can't bee an agent and not be able to add customers, just like you stated previously.

But you should check Collaborators.

Depends on what you need and different roles.
