Next Gen: Approvers feature throws error

Trying out the new approval feature in next gen. Tried various combinations per the guide at https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-desk-cloud/docs/add-an-approval-to-a-request-type-in-next-gen-projects/?_ga=2.109447302.2066360177.1579481546-1759864871.1575410728

But each time when I try to save the workflow I get the following error "We couldn’t save your changes"

There appears to be no errors on the workflow that I can see. 

Anyone got any ideas / having the same issue?

Hey there,

My name's Peter, I'm the feature lead for the approvals feature in Jira Service Desk next-gen.

Apologies for that, I've disabled the code change that was causing those errors. Please have another go at setting up approvals and let me know if anything goes wrong!
