Need Help to Update Group Picker Field By using the Script post function on a Transition.

Hi Team,

In my jira I'm using a Script runner so my requirement is 

I have a Transition button called "In Progress" for this transition i need to apply a post-function to update a group Picker filed with on particular group name.

Exampel:

When i click on "In Progress" transition it has to move to next status and the group picker field has to update with given value

can any one please help me with Groovy script  here how to achieve this.
