Hi all, I migrated a user from the Service Desk Customers to a Jira user. They no longer have any history of their tickets. It's as if they are a completely new user to the Service Desk.
What did I do wrong and what can I do to "link" their tickets to them?

When we migrate a user to Atlassian account, all the history should be migrated as well.
Can you please confirm if their customer account shows as inactive on Administration > Jira Service Desk?
When this user login as a user, are they able to see tickets created by them when searching by reporter = currentuser()?
Is it the first time that a user is migrated? If not, did it happen with other customers?

Appeared to be a lag in the migration process. It worked after a day passed.
