kindly we was having many tickets from before and everything is changed now what we can do to have it again 

 

Edited by Iago Docando: The tittle "Top Urgent" was simply not helpful to tell us anything about the topic of your question. "Lost tickets" is not much but is the best I can think of with the limited info you provide.

Hello, Amira.

I'm terribly sorry but there's no way anyone can understand what your problem is. Please try to describe it with as much detail as you can.

I get your grasp of english is limited but please try to explain something, even if in broken english.

You had a lot of tickets before and now you don't:

  • What changes have you made or tried? I'm assuming this is a Jira Service Desk related issue. You have used both that tag and the general Jira tag aswell.
  • Have you got no ticket at all after that change or have you just seen your ticket volume heavily reduced?
  • Are you running one single customer portal or many? 
  • Could it be that you have created a new customer portal and your customers are still creating requests in the old one?

Maybe If we can understand your problem we can do something about it.
