Lost all admin/technician access

Good afternoon,


We had one of our administrators leave today, and I removed/disabled his account from accessing our systems. After the change, I am now unable to get to the admin/technician portal for our Jira Service Desk instance. Any time I log in with accounts that should be admin, I am sent to the customer portal, with no options to get to the admin side. I have tried resetting my local admin password through SQL, and my regular admin account works through LDAP. It is still a member of jira-administrators in AD. I have also attempted to put Service Desk into recovery mode, but the recovery admin account did not work for me either. I'm not sure what else to do to regain access to the admin side of our Service Desk install.
