Every so often a user mistakenly gives a bad rating, and will mention in the option comments that they meant to give a different rating. Is it possible to change it after they chose the first time? Some of these really throws off our reporting.
Jira doesn't have the ability to change satisfaction survey results. You would need to find the data in the database and make the changes there.
The satisfaction data is stored within the customfieldvalue tables corresponding to the Satisfaction and Satisfaction date customfield tables, in JSON format.
Database queries needed to find the satisfaction data:
select id, cfname, description from customfield where cfname like '%Satisfaction%'; select * from customfieldvalue where CUSTOMFIELD=(select id from customfield where cfname like 'Satisfaction'); select * from customfieldvalue where CUSTOMFIELD=(select id from customfield where cfname like 'Satisfaction date');
