Hi,

In Jira Service desk, how to configure email notification when any activity happened on the ticket.

For example.

Customer, creates a service ticket. Jira Service Desk should send that issue and all activity happening on that issue to specific email address.

Hello Mohammed, please enter your project settings, and in the menu on the left choose 'notifications'. On the right top corner you have 'edit' (please notice that you will change the notification of all the projects that share that scheme)

Then you can add the persons you want for each action in the issue.

If you want to send to a specific group of people, previously to this 'edit', go to users (admin) and create a group with all the addresses.

Hi Andreia,

Does this works for Next Gen service Desk Project? Unfortunately, I do not see option of "Notifications" in Project Settings:

Appreciate if you could provide steps. Thanks
