I  need to reduce the font-size in the introduction text box.

We cannot reduce the font-size in the introduction text box.

How to increase font-size?

Introduction text is a great option to add a summary of the project for the customers, but currently, it’s not possible to customize the font size. I tested here using some options I found on Google, such as {{big|Text here}} and <font size=”50”> </font>, but it doesn’t work.

Another test I made was using the Heading options, which works and maybe this can help you:

We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of more options to customize the Introduction text:

• Change text edit box of the introduction text field to rich text editor
