I cannot access anymore to the elements of the satisfaction email sent to customer when a ticket is resolved.
When I go to project->parameter->Satisfaction parameters, nothing happens.
Can someone help me?

There are should be button "Edit Templates" https://confluence.atlassian.com/confeval/jira-service-desk-evaluator-resources/jira-service-desk-edit-customer-notifications
