I was hoping to see the same formatting on ServiceDesk suggestions as in KB confluence articles. Unfortunately, bulletted items on Confluence KB shows up in a single line.
How can the formatting on confluence be applied to SD suggestions?
I'm not sure on the answer. However, this knowledge base article suggests a few steps to check and then, if it's still not working, to contact Atlassian support.
