How do I see which REST API version is on my ServiceDesk instance?

I can browse the REST API here:

http://localhost:8080/plugins/servlet/restbrowser#/

But I can't find anywhere where it shows which REST API version is installed.  My Jira version is 8.3.1.

You can check the version of the rest plugin under the manage add-ons section of the admin settings, and switch to filter for system apps.

Then Detailed information on the avaliable endpoints can be seen in the documentation for your jira version, and 8.3.1 would be located at:
