Hi
How do I allow Service Desk customers to share their tickets with other Jira users? As an administrator I have access to a "Share" button when you view a job but I can't seem to give others access to this button.
Hi Damien,
Thank you for reaching out to Community!
For customers to be able to share tickets with other customers or organizations, you need to change the customer permissions.
If you are using a classic project, please go to Project settings > Customer permissions > Who can customers share requests with? > Any customer or organization, by searching this project. This option allows them to search all customers in the current project. > Save.
If you are using a next-gen one, go to Project settings > Channels > Customer permissions and choose the same option as mentioned above.
Regards,
Angélica

Does this allow customers from other organisation to view the ticket that has been raised? Or will they only be able to share it with those people within their organisation?
