I want to create an access request form for Several Different applications/accesses.
The problem is, each of the applications is managed by a different team/JIRA project.
For example; I would like a form with checkboxes like below:
Access Request Form
Adobe - X
MS Office -
Gmail Account - X
JIRA - X
Other (Please specify)
------------------------------------------------------------
And depending on what checkboxes have been 'ticked' an issue will get created with the relevant JIRA team(s).
Hi Niall,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
When we create a ticket in Jira or on the Customer portal, we can only select one project and one issue type, so I’m afraid this option that you need won’t be possible to make.
A workaround would be create an automation to create a ticket in another project:
So, when an issue is created on the original Service Desk, if the request type matches, the automation will create a ticket linked to the original one.
Hope this helps!
If you have any other question, please let us know.
Regards,
Angélica
Thanks Angélica, not exactly what we need but it will definitely help.
Muchas Gracias :)

Hi @Sarah Daily,
Thanks for reaching out to Community!
Yes, on the original ticket it will show the linked issue as well as on the linked issue, it will show the original one.
Kind regards,
Angélica
